You can leave your luggage before check-in. Please place it in the luggage storage area located at the facility's entrance.

However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft. In addition, we do not accept luggage drop-offs before the check-in date.

チェックイン前に荷物を置いておくこともできます。施設のエントランスにある荷物置場に置いてください。ただし、紛失や盗難があった場合には当施設は一切の責任を負いません。また、チェックイン日より早く荷物を預かることはしていません。

＊アーリーチェックインは受け付けておりません。
無断で15時前に入室された場合は、1時間あたり2,000円を請求いたします。

Early check-in is not available.
If you enter the room without permission before 3:00 PM, a fee of JPY 2,000 per hour will be charged.

【Luggage Delivery 荷物の配送について】
申し訳ございませんが、当施設には常駐のレセプションがないため、お荷物のお受け取りは承っておりません。何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。
Our facility does not have a staffed reception, we are unable to accept deliveries or hold luggage sent in advance.

＊ドミトリールーム内のセキュリティボックスの鍵は必ず元の位置に戻してください。

Self-check out 
There is not any procedure for check out.  You can just leave from our facility.

＊Please be sure to return the key to the security box in your dormitory room to its original location.
If you lose your key, you will be charged the actual cost.

【荷物預かりについて　About luggage storage】
チェックアウト後もエントランスルームの荷物置場に荷物を置くことが可能です。
You can leave your luggage at luggage storage at entrance room.


＊10時を過ぎてのチェックアウトは1時間毎に2,000円請求いたします。
We will charge you 2,000 yen per hour after 10am.
上午10点后，我们将向您收取每小时2,000日元的费用。

*The first train departs from Keisei Narita Station at 5:02am.
Arrives at Airport Terminal 2 at 5:08am, and Narita Terminal 1 at 5:11am

 ◎当施設内は全面禁煙です。 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. 

◎たばこの灰などをゴミ箱に捨てないでください。
Do not throw cigarette ashes in the trash.

喫煙や吸殻をゴミ箱に捨てるなどの違反があった場合、特別清掃費として2万円を請求させていただく可能性があります。 また、臭いの除去に伴い客室を使用できなかった期間に対する営業損失についても、補償をお願いする場合がございます。

If any violations occur, such as smoking or disposing of cigarette butts in the trash bin, a special cleaning fee of 20,000 yen may be charged. In addition, you may be asked to compensate for any business losses incurred due to the period during which the guest room could not be used because of odor removal.

◎宿泊者以外の当施設への入館させないでください。
Entry is prohibited for non-guests.

◎チェックイン前及びにチェックイン後のシャワーやランドリーの使用禁止
Use of showers and laundry facilities before check-in or after check-out is not allowed.

◎段ボールやスーツケースの処分はできませんので、施設内に残していかないでください。残された場合には処分費用を請求いたします。
Please do not leave cardboard boxes or suitcases when you check out.  If  you left it, a disposal fee will be charged.

◎嘔吐やおねしょなどにより特別な清掃が必要となった場合は、別途清掃費用をご請求させていただくことがございます。 また、布団やマットレス等が使用不可能な状態になった場合には、その実費をご負担いただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
In the event of vomiting, bed-wetting, or any other soiling that requires special cleaning, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee. If bedding or mattresses are damaged beyond recovery, we may also request reimbursement for the actual replacement costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

◎館内を下着姿やタオルを巻いただけの状態で歩かないでください。
Please do not walk around the premises in underwear or with only a towel wrapped around your body.

◎館内で楽器の演奏をしないでください。
Please do not play musical instruments inside the building.

◎お部屋内での制汗剤や香水のご使用はご遠慮ください。洗面所や脱衣所でご使用ください。
Please refrain from using deodorants or perfumes inside the room. Kindly use them in the washroom or changing area.

◎深夜と早朝は他のゲストに迷惑にならないように静かにお願いします。
Please be quiet late night and early morning so as not to disturb other guests.

◎お出かけの際には電気やエアコンを消して出てください。
When you go out, please turn off the lights and air conditioner.

◎タクシーはご自身で手配をお願いします。
Please arrange taxi by yourself when you need it.

【ドミトリのゲストのみなさまへ　For Domitory guests】
◎ドミトリーのお部屋内では携帯電話をマナーモードにし、通話はお部屋の外でお願いします。
Please set your mobile phone to silent mode while in the dormitory room, and make any calls outside the room.

◎畳の上ではスリッパを脱いでください。Please take off your slippers when on tatami mats.

◎ドミトリー内での飲食はご遠慮ください。
＊飲食は入口から入ってすぐのテレビのある共有スペースでお願いします。
Please do not eat and drink something in dormitory room.
*You can use entrance room where there is TV for eating.

【長期滞在のゲストのみなさまへ　For long-term stay guests】
タオルは予約日数分お渡ししますが、シーツの交換はありません。また、アメニティー類の追加でのご提供もしておりません。
Towels will be provided for the number of days reserved, but there will be no sheet replacement during your stay.
Please note that we do not provide additional amenities upon request. Thank you for your understanding.

【キャンセル規約 Cancellation Policy】
1. 他のゲストとの平等性の観点から、予約サイトにて規定したキャンセル規約がいかなる場合でも適用されます。
For fairness to all guests, the cancellation policy specified on the booking platform applies in all circumstances.

2. チェックイン予定日の24:00までにチェックインがなく、かつご連絡がない場合、その時点でご予約は全日程キャンセル（No-Show）扱いとなり、残りの宿泊日はすべてご利用いただけません。
If you do not check in by 24:00 on the first night and we receive no contact from you, the entire reservation will be treated as a No-Show and all remaining nights will be automatically cancelled.
